Frank Miniver is a prison gaurd. James woods in Miniver, a conniving
rascal a lot like the guys on the inside...except he goes home each night.
Unable to scrape together extra needed money by running a seedy
whorehouse, Miniver reaches for the big time when a reknown activist
(Robert Hooks) is jailed and makes clear his willingness to buy his way
out.
