Quotable!
"Molitor didn't walk across the lake to get here, and he didn't change his clothes in the phone booth. He's just another tough hitter."

Steve Physioc is a sports broadcaster. He currently does play-by-play for telecasts of Anaheim (not Los Angeles) Angels home games.

Physioc began his major league play-by-play announcing career in 1983, broadcasting Cincinnati Bengals football and Cincinnati Reds baseball games, a position he held until 1987. He then served as the San Francisco Giants announcer for KTVU-TV from 1987-1988, followed by work for ESPN (1989-1995), announcing Major League Baseball, college basketball, baseball and Big Ten football. In 1995, he announced San Diego Padres games and PAC-10 football games for FOX Sports West. Physioc's previous experience also includes radio play-by-play for the NBA's Golden State Warriors (1989-1990), television play-by-play for Warriors games (1990-1991) and the Vancouver Grizzlies during their inaugural season (1995-1996) in the NBA.

Physioc graduated from Kansas State University in 1977, and began his announcing carrer as the radio voice of Kansas State football and basketball (1979-1982).

Share Your Memories!

Our sites have always been by you and about you. If you check our TV Forums or our Technology & Science forums, you'll find literally thousands of messages from fans of 1970s TV shows, survivors of hurricanes or aircraft accidents, etc. from all over the world sharing their memories, asking questions, making comments. Our baseball section is new, but don't let that stop you from sharing your memories of the first game you went to, your favorite player, a now-forgotten stadium, etc. Of course you can also ask questions, post trivia, tell the world what you think of Barry Bonds, or just read what others are saying.
