1977 Kellogg's BaseballBy Patrick Mondout
A small picture of the player appears on the back of the card for the
last time in a Kellogg's set. As with the 1972
and '75 Topps sets, the design is either
one you love or hate. Those who can stand the orange and red find it one
of the most appealing Kellogg's sets while you can guess what everyone
else thinks. Dave Winfield and George Brett make their Kellogg's debuts
this year.
The Lyman Bostock card can be found with both his picture on the back
as well as that of Doc Ellis. The Ellis error is harder to find, but
neither commands much of a premium.
