Angie was a sitcom that was originally broadcast by the ABC network from February 1979 until October 1980.

Starring Donna Pescow as the title character, the program was set in Philadelphia. The story revolved around one-time waitress Angie Falco Benson, her extremely wealthy new husband and former customer Brad Benson (played by Robert Hays), and the couple's two very different families: the blue-blooded Bensons and the urban Italian-American Falcos.

I don't really have a favorite. The show was not on long enough and alas, is not shown in re-runs much. I do remember however, the episode when Angie and Brad tell "Ma" that they are married. I felt that Donna and Robert had good chemistry together. The writing on the show was not bad. I don't know why it didn't make it. I sure do remember the great theme of the show. That was a great song. I'll never forget this charming and Cinderella like show. --Kat
